What is Everyone Doing?

Hi, Everyone:

Just to get the ball rolling here, I think it would be great if we each posted our individual weight loss plans here.  Then we can learn from each other and/or give each other helpful suggestions.

So far I have basically started eating a small bowl of cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, and either a Weight Watcher frozen meal or a can of soup for lunch.  I loaded up on produce and eat that whenever I am feeling snacky.  I haven't changed my cooking habits for dinner that much which is not good and which I need to work on.  I have basically been just trying to eat less of it than I normally would.  I am also trying to drink lots of water.

The thing I need to do is start exercising.  This is the hardest part for me.  I really hate to exercise.  I do.  I hate the way it feels while I am doing it and also when I am done.  I can think of 700 million other things I would rather be doing.  The only thing I sort of enjoy is walking, but it is so cold out I haven't felt like it.  Also, my shoulder is still recovering so I think pushing the stroller with all the kids would be tricky.  Even exercise videos use shoulders a LOT and are hard.  Any suggestions?
